Service availability, pricing, and scope may vary. All services are subject to these Terms and any specific agreements made at the time of booking.

Booking and Appointments

Booking Process

You may book our services through our website, by phone, or by email at ceilaoproperty@gmail.com. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking our services, including property address, service requirements, access details, and any special considerations.

Confirmation

Bookings are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

Pricing and Payment

Quotes and Pricing

Pricing is based on the type of service, property size, condition, and any additional requirements. Quotes are estimates and may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs from what was initially described.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods including bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as specified at the time of booking.

GST

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Client Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

Our Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, equipment failure, or staff illness. We will make every effort to provide advance notice and reschedule at your convenience.

Access and Property Conditions

Property Access

You must provide our team with safe and timely access to the property. If access is not available at the scheduled time, additional charges may apply for return visits.

Utilities and Amenities

You must ensure that water, electricity, and other necessary utilities are available and functioning during the service appointment.

Hazardous Conditions

You must inform us of any hazardous conditions, including but not limited to asbestos, mold, chemical spills, or structural damage. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe for our staff.

Pets

Please secure pets in a safe area during our service. We are not responsible for pets that escape or sustain injury during our visit.

Service Standards and Limitations

Quality Commitment

We are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services using professional-grade equipment and eco-friendly products. We strive to meet or exceed your expectations.

Limitations

While we make every effort to achieve excellent results, some stains, damage, or wear may be permanent and cannot be removed through cleaning. We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to surfaces, materials, or property
  • Permanent stains that cannot be removed through standard cleaning methods
  • Damage caused by improper previous treatments or maintenance
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Fading or discoloration due to age or sun exposure

Inspection and Complaints

Please inspect the completed work promptly. Any complaints or concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate concerns.

Liability and Insurance

Our Insurance

We maintain appropriate public liability insurance. However, our liability is limited as set out in these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
  • Loss of profits, income, or business opportunity
  • Damage to items not disclosed at the time of booking
  • Damage caused by factors beyond our control

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Securing or removing valuable, fragile, or sentimental items
  • Informing us of any special requirements or concerns
  • Ensuring the property is safe for our staff to work
  • Having adequate insurance coverage for your property

Privacy

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first at ceilaoproperty@gmail.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If we cannot resolve the dispute through negotiation, either party may pursue mediation or legal action as appropriate.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia for any disputes arising from these Terms or our services.
